The e2 team were tasked with reinvigorating the optical eyewear category by creating the first ever experiential eye-care store in Australia. Through the use of compelling interactive components, targeting all five of the customer’s senses, the brand experience needed to establish a deeper dialogue with consumers and tailor services to their needs as they browsed the store.

OPSM’s Eye Hub is unique in its industry and incorporates a broad range of both features and services. With interactive mirrors, luxury frames and sunglasses, state of the art optometric equipment, full-time ophthalmologists and a kids zone. The striking design offers the best in technology and environment, making it a standout in experiential retail.

Corian^® Bisque was selected the colour of choice and applied to the point of sale waterfall countertops; on the accessories benchtop; product display countertops; dispensing desktop & returns; educational booth countertops; breakout benchtop and shelf.
